Braintree Town Hall

THANK YOU!

I care deeply about this beautiful piece of earth I call home. I want East Braintree, and all of Braintree, to be a healthy and inclusive place NOW and for the generations who come after us. I am proud to serve as your District 3 Town Councilor as of January 3, 2022.

Meet Elizabeth

Elizabeth's Profile

I grew up the youngest (and bossiest) of four girls. At ten years old, I organized a backyard fair to raise funds for a neighborhood playmate who was ill. I raised $17 that day and was bitten by the public service bug. I spent 25 years in non-profit leadership positions addressing social issues that impact the lives of families and children, and now teach about these issues as an adjunct faculty member at various Boston colleges. I moved to Braintree in 2011 when I married my husband Stephen, who has been working for the Braintree Public Schools Transportation Department for over 20 years. Together we opened a small business in 2018 operating at the Braintree Farmers Market. I am an active supporter of the Fore River Residents Against the Compressor Station (FRRACS) , opens external page, Sustainable Braintree , opens external page, the Braintree Democratic Town Committee , opens external page, and the Massachusetts Coalition to End Puppy Mills , opens external page.

Key Priorities

East Braintree is our home and it’s worth protecting for generations.

We deserve to live in a welcoming community that is accessible to all.
